Dal Negro Cards

Dal Negro has been producing playing cards since 1928. While many improvements have been made over the years, the quality of Dal Negro has always been consistent. Their playing cards are made of PVC and are long-lasting and very durable. While Dal Negro manufactures other products, their main production is playing cards.

Card Material Dal Negro cards available outside of Italy are all manufactured using PVC. PVC stands for Polyvinyl Chloride. It is the primary material used for for high quality plastic playing cards. PVC is tough and odorless.

Card Dimensions Dal Negro cards come in the two standard playing card widths. Poker cards are 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" while the Bridge cards are 2 1/4" x 3 1/2". This makes Bridge cards slightly more narrow than the Poker counterparts. However, it should be noted that many casinos around the world use Bridge sized cards at their poker games because the cards tend to be more easily shuffled and used by both dealers and players.

Card Index Dal Negro cards are available with three different indexes on the face of the cards. The size and location of the rank and suit change in each of the indexes. The Jumbo Index also uses an alternate royalty image.
